- All Fills must be scheduled between 2-4 Weeks after the appointment. Fills scheduled Past 4 Weeks will have additional fees added to the service total or a new set may be required.

Nail Prep: Arrive with bare nails or add a soak-off to your booking to avoid appointment time adjustments, potential forfeits, or additional fees.
Service Selection: Choose between builder gel (natural length) or gel extensions (longer length). Contact us if unsure.
Limited Services: We do not offer acrylic, dip, polygel, pedicure, or esthetic services.
Punctuality: Confirm appointment and arrive on time to respect other clients.
Nail Art Booking: Contact us to select the correct tier and send inspiration photos at least 2 days before your appointment.
No Fills on Other Work: We cannot work over another technician’s set—fills are only for our original work.
Card on File: A valid card is required for booking—no exceptions.
Policies
NO walk-ins or same-day appointments
NO calls – message only via text, email, or Instagram DM
All sales final – no refunds on services, gift cards, or products
Nail art: Send inspo photos at least 3 days before. Final design changes will result in extra charges
Late: past 15 min grace period → $10 late fee. After 20 mins: reschedule required
Cancel/reschedule: Must be done 48 hours in advance
Less than 24 hrs notice: 15% fee
No-call/No-show: 15% fee + booking ban
Card payments add 3.5% fee
After-hours appointments: +$10 fee
Children allowed only if receiving a service; must be supervised
Nail health required – no open wounds/infections
Complimentary fixes within 72 hrs; past 72 hours repair fee required
We may take photos/videos for promo (consent assumed unless withdrawn)

No-shows or failure to follow policy = denied future service
