Nail Tenshi Studio Policies
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all studio policies.
IMPORTANTAppointments: No walk-ins or same-day bookings. Pre-book at least 2-3 weeks in advance.Communication: No phone calls or voicemails. Contact via text, email, or Instagram DM.Payments: Major credit cards, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, Apple Cash, and cash accepted. A 3.5% processing fee applies to card payments.Gift Cards: Available for purchase online. Notify us of the recipient after purchase.Nail Art Policy- Confirm the correct Tier with us to ensure proper appointment time.
- Send nail art inspiration photos at least 3 days before the appointment.
- Changes from the original design may result in additional fees.Late & Cancellation PoliciesLate Policy:
15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, you must reschedule or cancel.
Contact us if running late.Cancellation Policy:
- Rescheduling/cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 15% service charge to the card on file.
- No-shows or failure to notify will result in a 15% charge and a booking ban until the fee is paid.
Repeated cancellations (3 or more) may lead to restricted future bookings.Nail Health Policy- Arrive with nails in healthy condition (no severe damage, wounds, or infections).
- We reserve the right to refuse service if nail health is deemed unsafe.
Acknowledging risks releases us from liability.Service Guarantee & Hygiene- Complimentary fixes available within 72 hours of your appointment.
Repairs after 72 hours will incur a charge.
- Tools are sterilized daily per TDLR regulations using BARBICIDE®, 91% Isopropyl Alcohol, and Antimicrobial Soap.Additional PoliciesAfter-Hours Appointments: Subject to a $10 fee.Children Policy: Not preferred. If brought, you assume all risks.Photo/Video Policy: Used for promotion with confidentiality assured. Builder Gel
(Natural Nail Length Only/No Extensions)Builder Gel is a high-viscosity gel designed to add strength and durability to natural nails without the need for extensions. This service enhances the natural nail by providing extra thickness and support, making it ideal for clients looking to grow and maintain healthy, strong nails.Each Builder Gel service includes:- A personalized consultation to assess nail health and goals
- Cuticle care for a clean and polished look
- A hard gel application using Luminary Nail System
- Nail shaping to your desired style
- Moisturizer application for hydration and nourishmentTo maintain the integrity and longevity of your nails, fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks to keep them looking fresh and strong. If 4 or more nails are missing or your set is past 4 weeks old, a new set will be required.
Gel Extensions
Gel Extensions are a premium soft gel full cover tip enhancement designed to provide length, flexibility, and durability without compromising the health of your natural nails. This lightweight yet sturdy system offers a natural feel while allowing for customized length and shape to suit your style. Unlike traditional acrylics, Gel Extensions are gentler on the nails, ensuring a healthier and long-lasting manicure.Each Gel Extension service includes:- A personalized consultation to assess nail health and goals
- Cuticle care for a clean and polished look
- A soft gel tip application using Aprés Gel-X® Nail Extension tailored to your preferred nail length and shape
-Moisturizer application for hydration and nourishmentTo maintain their beauty and durability, fills using Builder Gel are recommended every 2-3 weeks, ensuring long-lasting strength and seamless upkeep. After 3 weeks of wear, the set will require removal via soak-off to maintain nail health and ensure optimal application for a new set. If 4 or more nails are missing, a new set will be required.
Rubber Base Gel Manicure
A Rubber Base Gel Manicure is a specialized nail treatment designed to strengthen, protect, and enhance the natural nails. Unlike traditional gel polish, rubber base gel is a flexible, self-leveling formula that adapts to the natural movement of the nails, reducing the risk of chipping or breakage. It provides a reinforced foundation, making it ideal for weak, brittle, or uneven nails.This manicure includes:- Cuticle care and exfoliation using an e-file with sterilized tools for a clean, precise finish
- Shaping and buffing to create a smooth, natural look
- Application of Kokoist rubber base gel
- Moisturizer application for hydration and nourishmentThe Rubber Base Gel Manicure is not refillable and requires a complete soak-off removal before a new application can be performed.
Additional Services
Dry Manicure: A waterless manicure focusing on cuticle care, nail shaping, and buffing for a clean, polished look. Ideal for maintaining healthy nails.Polish Change: A quick removal of old polish and application of new polish. No cuticle care or shaping.Soak Offs: A gentle removal process for gel, builder gel, gel extensions, acrylic, dip or foreign products ensuring the natural nails remain healthy and undamaged. Trim and shaping included. No additional cuticle care unless manicure added.

To ensure the appropriate nail art tier is selected for your appointment, you must submit your inspiration photo for approval before booking.
Failure to do so may result in insufficient time to complete your desired design.
Tier 1 - Minimal Art: (All one color only) French, Airbrush, Chrome, Cat Eye, Lines, and Dots
Tier 2 - Simple Art: (Includes Tier 1) Tortoise Shell, Animal Print, Floral, Marble, French Design, Chrome Design, 2-3 Color Design, and Multiple Airbrush Colors
Tier 3 - Detailed Art: (Includes Tier 1 & 2) Rhinestones, Letters, Multiple Nail Charms, and 3D Gel
Tier 4 - Premium Art: (Include Tiers 1-3) Portraits, Animals, Cartoon, Anime, Custom/Freestyle Art, Decal Printing, Charm Creation/Custom Charm Order, and 3D molds
